How to Share Your Feedback:

  • Speak with Us: Approach the Floor Administrator, Nurse, or Ward Secretary at any time, and we will do our best to resolve your concerns quickly.
  • Contact Us Directly: Reach out to the Patient Guest Relations Department (PGRD) at Extension 367 for assistance.
  • Feedback Form: You will receive a feedback form during your discharge. We encourage you to fill it out and share your thoughts with us.
  • Suggestion Boxes: Feel free to write your suggestions and drop them in the suggestion boxes placed throughout the Medical Centre.
  • Email Us: You can also send your comments or suggestions via email to [email protected]
