About the Department
Inpatient and emergency services and paediatric subspecialties. General paediatricians of high calibre are available 24 x 7 on all 365 days. The service is supported by advanced age specific diagnostic and therapeutic modalities. The department is chaired by Prof. Latha Ravichandran who is also the Dean of Education.

- PICU was re-accredited as Level 3 PICU and also re-accredited for PICU Fellowship training in 2022
- Awarded for Breastfeeding Promotion by BPNI in 2023
