• The Department of Gastroenterology at Sri Ramachandra medical Centre was established in the year 1994.
• Professor Dr. Shanmughanathan S is the Chief of Gastroenterology. 
• The Department of Gastro Medical at Sri Ramachandra Medical Centre (SRMC) provides best care to people with disorders of the digestive system, liver, pancreas and the biliary tree.
• We combine an advanced subspecialty expertise with technology and an emphasis on access and quality.
• We perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures in state-of-the-art facilities.
