Discharge Process

The Final discharge process may take upto 6 hours from the time of receipt of Final Bill and discharge Summary and the Insurance helpdesk may extend time if any queries are raised.

  • It shall be our endeavour to follow up with the TPA and facilitate discharge on the same day.
  • Discharges on public holidays is subject to functioning of TPAs.
  • At the time of discharge, if the bill amount exceeds the approved amount, further enhancement will be sought from the TPA. If enhancement is denied, the patient shall remit the difference amount.
  • Incase of delayed approval from the insurance company, the patient shall pay the bill and avail refund on approval.
  • Please note that the Hospital is not to be held responsible for delay in Final approvals from the TPA/ Insurer.
  • Reimbursement against cash payment will be done immediately.
  • Reimbursement against payment by RTGS/NEFT/DD/Debit card/Credit card will take 2 working days.
