- High-concentration electrolytes are diluted and sent to the appropriate wards, ICUs, operating rooms, and emergency rooms
- Look-alike and sound-alike drugs are labeled with color-coded stickers for enhanced safety
- Sample medications are not used anywhere on the premises to ensure uniformity and safety
- The pharmacy ensures that medications are used appropriately throughout the hospital
- Prescriptions are reviewed by a Prescription Audit Team
- If needed, tablets are diluted in-house to meet patient dosage needs
- Emergency and essential medications are readily available in ward-level crash carts
- Medications nearing expiration are removed and returned to suppliers 3 months prior to their expiry date
- All in-patient medication needs are handled through our online prescription system
- Dispensing is done only by qualified and registered pharmacists
- All Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) and side effects are reported to the Pharmacovigilance Programme of India
