DISCHARGE

When your doctor is convinced that you tre fit for discharge, he / she will Inform you and indicate tha, in your medical recomis, You will undergo the following steps at the time of your discharge;

• Medicines advised will be verified and presented in the system.
• Stopped medications will be returned to the phaтушку,
• Finalize the bills: Handover to attender interanee dask
• Payment have to be done.
  • Individual Patient (the remaining balance to be paid)
  • Corporate/Insurance patients (For non-reimbursable items/co-payments)
• Payment at cash counter (Ground / floor / II floor). Blue card (Discharge card) will be issued to the attender.

• Discharge summary and investigation reports are handed over to the attender by the concerned ward executives on submission of blue card. Nurses will educate on the medicines to be taken post discharge.
• Bell Desk helps in smooth departure

The entire discharge process takes a minimum of 4 hours for individual patients and 6 hours for Insurance patients. So plan your departure accordingly. If in case you require wheel chair / stretcher/ambulance services please inform the Ward Executive for the same.
