How to Share Your Feedback:

• Speak with Us: You can approach the Floor Administrator, Nurse, or Ward Secretary at any time. We will do our best to resolve your concerns.

• Contact Us: Contact the Patient Guest Relations Department (PGRD) at Extension 367 for assistance.

• Feedback Form: You will receive a feedback form during your discharge. We encourage you to fill it and share your thoughts with us.

• Suggestion Boxes: Feel free to write your suggestions and drop them in the suggestion boxes placed throughout the Medical Centre.
