Our Cardio Thoracic Surgical Program is a well established centre with more than 13,000 Open Heart Surgeries to its credit. Apart from patient care, we are involved in research, education and training health care professionals in our speciality including doctors, nurses and para medical staff. We are involved in community services and school health camps also.
We are one of the few centers treating the entire spectrum of Cardio thoracic and vascular problems including cardiac Adult & Paediatric, General Thoracic and vascular diseases.
Apart from the regular surgeries, we perform complex procedures and minimally invasive procedures Our unit performs approximately 100 Open Heart Surgeries per month. We cater to all elective and emergency patients including trauma 24 x 7.
