Clinical Services
Ours is a broad specialty which provides primary care for all medical problems through ambulatory care and inpatient services. Our basic aim is to provide preventive care, initial evaluation, early diagnosis and primary management for all medical problems.
Outpatient and inpatient services are provided for all broad medical problems related to infectious disease, cardiovascular, respiratory, gastroenterological, nephrological, neurological, endocrine, musculoskeletal, autoimmune and basic psychiatry issues.
AMBULATORY CARE - Outpatient services function on all 365 days including holidays, from 8am to 4pm.
EVENING CLINICS - Functions from 4pm to 8pm, where committed consultants are available to provide basic and latest treatment.
IN-PATIENT WARDS: As patients are received from OP or ER, team of skilled and qualified doctors receive them in medical ward and comprehensive treatment given. Procedure rooms, isolation rooms and duty-doctor rooms are available in ward.
EMERGENCIES are covered 24x7 by our team in the Emergency room. Patients are assessed promptly, stabilized and treated as outpatient or admitted in wards/ ICU according to their clinical condition.
SPECIALITY CLINICS - Adult Immunization & Travel medicine clinic.
OUT REACH PROGRAMMES – The department of Medicine has regular In-station and Out station community camps. Our extension activities aim at screening for various medical problems and with providing primary health care.
TELE CONSULTATIONS for various hospitals from NLC, Siliguri etc. on appointment basis.
